Solyx Solutions provides energy efficiency services including Solar PV & Battery Storage, Commercial Solar PV Systems, External Wall Insulation (EWI), Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), Loft Insulation, Air Source Heat Pumps and related energy efficiency solutions. The information provided on this website is intended for general guidance only. Whilst we make every effort to ensure all content is accurate and up to date, product specifications, services, pricing and availability may change without notice. Images used throughout the website are for illustrative purposes and may not represent every installation or product exactly.
All quotations provided by Solyx Solutions are subject to a site survey and technical assessment where required. Quotations are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and may be amended if unforeseen site conditions, customer requested changes or additional works are identified following inspection. Final system designs and recommendations will always be confirmed before work commences.
Certain installations may require surveys, structural assessments, electrical inspections, heat loss calculations, planning approvals, DNO applications or other regulatory permissions. Where necessary, these requirements will be discussed with you before installation. It is the customer's responsibility to advise us of any known restrictions affecting their property.
Installation dates are provided as estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, supplier lead times, access restrictions, third-party contractors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Whilst every effort will be made to complete works within the agreed timeframe, Solyx Solutions cannot accept liability for delays caused by factors outside of our control.
Manufacturer warranties apply to products supplied and installed by Solyx Solutions and remain subject to the individual manufacturer's warranty terms. Workmanship guarantees are provided where applicable and will be outlined within your quotation or installation agreement.
Payment terms will be detailed within your quotation or contract. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments when due may result in delays to installation or other contractual remedies where permitted by law.
Where finance options are available, all finance is subject to status, eligibility and approval by the chosen finance provider. Solyx Solutions cannot guarantee acceptance for finance applications, and all lending decisions remain solely with the finance provider.
Whilst we take every reasonable care to ensure the information contained on this website is accurate, Solyx Solutions accepts no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
